Dennis has been professionally tattooing throughout the Chicagoland area since 1999, bringing more than 25 years of experience and an exceptional level of artistry to our studio. His diverse skill set includes black and gray realism, anime, American traditional, neo-traditional, Japanese, Polynesian, fine line, illustrative, tribal, new school, and expert cover-up tattoos, making him a great choice for both custom designs and transforming existing tattoos.

Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to creating tattoos that stand the test of time, Dennis works closely with every client to ensure each piece is thoughtfully designed for both longevity and the natural flow of the body.

 After more than 32 years of creating meaningful artwork and building lasting relationships with our clients, we're excited to announce the next chapter in our story.

The tattoo industry has changed dramatically over the years, and we're evolving with it.

We're proud to introduce Tattoo City Suites—a modern private studio concept where talented independent tattoo artists can build and grow their own businesses while continuing to create in the studio our community has trusted for decades.

What does this mean for our clients?

The things you've always valued aren't changing. You'll still receive the same commitment to exceptional artwork, professionalism, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment. Our goal has always been to provide the best possible experience, and that commitment remains stronger than ever.

What is changing is how the studio operates. Each artist will now operate as an independent professional, managing their own appointments, scheduling, services, and client relationships. This model gives artists greater creative freedom while allowing us to welcome additional experienced tattoo professionals who share our passion for quality and customer care.

As we make this transition, a few policies will also be changing:

• Our Birthday Gift Certificate Program and Referral Program will be discontinued.

• All valid, unexpired traditional gift certificates, birthday gift certificates, promotional gift certificates, referral credits, and existing tattoo deposits will continue to be honored by Larry Brogan for new tattoo work or the completion of existing projects.

• Once the transition is complete, studio hours will vary by artist. Most appointments will be scheduled directly with your chosen artist, although walk-in tattoos will still be available when artist schedules permit.

• Because we will no longer have a full-time front desk, clients should contact the artist they wish to work with directly for appointments, consultations, and questions.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be introducing the talented artists who call Tattoo City Suites home, sharing exciting updates, and answering many of the questions you may have.

To everyone who has trusted us over the past 32 years—thank you. Your loyalty, friendship, and support have made this journey possible. We're incredibly excited about what lies ahead and look forward to welcoming both familiar faces and new clients as we begin this exciting new chapter together.

 Over the years, many of you have come to know the smiling face behind the front desk at Tattoo City. Today, we have some bittersweet news to share.

As we transition to our new business model, our longtime studio manager, Michelle, will be moving on from Tattoo City.

This change is simply the result of restructuring our business as we transition to Tattoo City Suites. It is not a reflection of Michelle or the incredible impact she has had on our studio.

For years, Michelle has been so much more than a receptionist or studio manager. She has been the first person to welcome clients through our doors, the voice on the phone, the organizer behind the scenes, the problem solver, and someone who genuinely cared about every person who walked into the studio.

Anyone who knows Michelle knows she has never been afraid to speak her mind. Her honesty, quick wit, and unmistakable personality have filled the studio with laughter, lively conversations, and countless memorable moments. She is authentic, compassionate, hardworking, and fiercely loyal—qualities that have earned the respect and friendship of our artists and so many of our clients.

On a personal level, I want to thank Michelle for everything she has done throughout the years. Running a business is never a one-person job, and her dedication, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond have helped make Tattoo City what it is today. I will always be grateful for the role she has played in our journey.

While we're sad to see her go, we're excited for whatever comes next in her career and know she will bring the same passion, personality, and dedication wherever she goes.
