Beyond tattooing, Larry is an accomplished painter and sculptor whose passion for the arts extends throughout the community. He is the owner of The Flower of Life Art Gallery, co-founder of The Artist Guild of Lockport, and has exhibited sculptural work in the renowned Dead Things Art Show in Canada for more than a decade. His artistic contributions have also become a part of the city's landscape, with two permanent public art installations on display in downtown Lockport.

Booking and Payment Information
To begin the booking process, email tattoocity@aol.com with a detailed description of your tattoo idea, including the desired placement, approximate size, and any reference images you have. Most emails receive a response within 24 hours.
For many projects, an in-person consultation is recommended to discuss your design, review placement, and ensure the best possible outcome.
A non-refundable retainer of $100–$500 is required to reserve your appointment. The retainer amount is based on the size and complexity of the project and the amount of studio time being reserved. Retainers may be transferred one time with at least 72 hours' notice and are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. For larger, multi-session projects, your original retainer carries forward and is credited at your final session.
Once your retainer is received, your appointment will be scheduled and your custom artwork will be completed before your tattoo session. Every tattoo is designed specifically for the individual. I work closely with each client to create artwork that not only reflects their vision but also complements the body's natural shape, flow, and anatomy. Considerations such as placement, size, detail, and long-term longevity are essential to creating a tattoo that looks its best for years to come.
Cash and Zelle are preferred. Credit and debit cards are accepted; a 3% processing fee will be added to all card transactions.
